Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
PT. GAYA HIDUP BERSAMA has zero tolerance for any content or behavior that involves child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our safety standards, enforcement practices, and how to report concerns.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
- We prohibit any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, text, audio, links, or instructions.
- We prohibit grooming, solicitation, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to exploit children.
- We prohibit content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates CSAE, even if shared “as a joke” or for shock value.
Detection and Enforcement
We take action to prevent and respond to CSAE through a combination of processes appropriate to each product and platform, which may include:
- Reviewing user reports and investigating suspicious activity.
- Removing violating content and restricting access.
- Suspending or terminating accounts involved in CSAE-related behavior.
- Preserving relevant information where required for safety and legal compliance.
Reporting CSAE
If you see or suspect CSAE, report it immediately:

- Emergency: If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement right away.
Cooperation With Authorities
Where required and appropriate, we cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities. We may report confirmed CSAE and respond to valid legal requests in accordance with applicable laws.
Child Safety by Design
- We aim to minimize the collection of personal data and use it only for providing and improving services.
- We design features with safety in mind and update policies as threats evolve.
- We encourage parents/guardians to supervise children’s device and app usage.
